1. All Sales Are Final
All sales made through Stockharbor.ai are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect selection, or any reason other than a defective item as described below.
2. Defective Items
If your order arrives defective, Stockharbor.ai will replace the item at no additional cost to you.
To request a replacement:

Include your order number and photos showing the defect
We will review your request and, if approved, ship a replacement item
Replacements are issued at our discretion following review of the reported defect. If a replacement is unavailable, we will advise you of the next best resolution.
